When can we come and play?
Safari Adventure is an Open Play – All Day – No Schedules to Check entertainment center. That means you can come anytime and stay for as long as you like.
Is the Safari Adventure clean?
YES! We are clean freaks. Our equipment was specifically designed to be easily cleaned. Our staff cleans each day before guests arrive and each evening we have a night crew that cleans the entire facility top to bottom.
What age is Safari Adventure suitable for?
Our indoor play facility is perfect for children ages 1 through 10.
What activities are available at Safari Adventure?
We feature a very large 4 level soft play unit called ‘Kilimanjaro’ complete with tunnels, slides, tubes, cargo nets, obstacles and more. It is the largest play unit of its kind on Long Island. We also have 4 gigantic inflatable bouncers and more than 30 video and skill games.
What days do you have Open Play?
Open Play is all day! Open Play hours are 10am – 7pm same as operating hours!
When is Safari Adventure Open?
We are open everyday 10am – 7pm. Last entry 45 minutes before closing.
Do adults or infants have to pay?
No, adults and infants who are not going to play do not have to pay.
Can I use my credit card?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards for admission and at the Lion’s Den Café. You will need cash for the token machines if you wish to play video games.
Is there an ATM?
No. Please bring cash for the token machines.
How much do the video games cost?
Video games vary in price from just 1 token to 4 tokens. Most games are 2 tokens. Tokens are equivalent to $.25 and can be purchased at various machines throughout the facility.
Do I have to wear socks?
Yes! Adults and children must wear socks in the play area. Socks are available for purchase in the
Are parents allowed on the equipment?
No, our equipment is specifically built for use by children. Children are at risk of injury when adults use the play equipment. Safari Adventure guides are available to assist your child on the equipment should they need it. In general, if your child is not able to do an activity on his or her own then that activity is too advanced for your child.
Can we eat there?
Yes! Our Lion’s Den Café serves a combination of healthy choices like baked chicken tenders, whole fruit, apple juice and milk as well as fun food favorites like pizza, ice cream, pretzels and soda. For a complete menu click here.
Can we bring our own food?
No, unfortunately we do not allow outside food in the building. We do allow you to bring in baby food, baby bottles etc. Also, if your child has dietary restrictions you may bring in food and beverage for that child.

Do I have to leave a deposit for a Birthday Party?
Yes, we require a $100 deposit in order to reserve a party. More Information about Birthday Parties.
What time do you schedule Birthday Parties?
Parties can be scheduled any available time during the day, every half hour. More Information about Birthday Parties.
Are Birthday Parties less expensive during the week?
Yes, Birthdays Parties are $25 less Monday through Friday. More Information about Birthday Parties.
Are you open to the public during a Party?
Yes, we are open to the public all day. But, every party has a private party room reserved just for your guests. Our play area is extremely large and can accommodate hundreds of people. So, although your guests will play with other people, there is plenty of space for everyone. More Information about Birthday Parties.
How many people are included in the Birthday Party package?
Our packages include 12 children in the base price (includes the birthday child plus 11 guests). Each additional guest above 12 is an additional cost. See the party packages for specific prices. More Information about Birthday Parties.
Can I bring my own goodie bags/favors?
Yes, feel free to bring goodie bags for your guests. We do have Goodie Bags for sale if you’d like to include them in your party package. Our goodie bags include 4 or 5 safari themed toys and a coupon for $2 off the guests’ next visit all inside a Safari Adventure plastic 22 ounce cup wrapped in cellophane and decorated with tissue paper and ribbons. Can we host our own birthday party in the café?

Should I tip my Party Guide?
Gratuities are very much appreciated by our Party Guides. In general, $2-5 per child is an appropriate tip. More Information about Birthday Parties.
Can I tip the Guide in the Adventure Area
If you feel that an individual guide did an outstanding job playing with your child you may certainly tip that employee. Our employees work hard to insure your kids have a good time. Tips for them are completely optional, but very much appreciated.
Is Friday considered the weekend?
No, Friday is not considered the weekend.
Can You Accommodate Large Groups or Camps?

Can we re-enter the same day without paying again?
No, unfortunately all exits are final.
What security measures do you have in place to ensure the children’s safety?
Safety is a top priority at Safari Adventure. All of the exits are under video surveillance and/or monitored by a Safari Adventure employee. Still, we ask that you WATCH YOUR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES. There is no substitution for parent supervision. We will do our very best to insure that your child has a safe adventure, but ultimately you are responsible for your child’s safety. Is it crowded today?
Safari Adventure is busiest on weekends and school holidays.
Do you have memberships?
Yes, we offer 3 and 6 month memberships. Membership entitles you to unlimited visits during the membership period. In addition, members receive $25 off birthday parties booked during the membership period.
Do you have a place for breast feeding?
Yes, we have a private nursing room specifically designed for mothers who are breast feeding. It’s equipped with a glider, changing table and toys for your other child.
Are there any days Safari Adventure is closed?
Yes, Safari is closed on several major holidays, incuding, but not limited to: Easter Sunday, Indepenence Day, Labor Day, Halloween Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We do close early on Superbowl Sunday, Mother's Day and Father's Day. Please visit our Facebook page for updates on events and changes.
